Questions?
How does the custom order process work?
Choose DTF or embroidery, select your garments, upload your design, choose placement, then review and check out. We handle the rest.
What is DTF printing?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) is a printing method that produces vibrant, full-color prints on any fabric color. It's durable, soft to the touch, and great for detailed designs.
What's the difference between DTF and embroidery?
DTF printing is best for full-color photos and complex, detailed designs and works on any fabric color. Embroidery is stitched into the fabric and is best for logos and text, offering a premium raised texture that lasts. DTF is generally cheaper and faster for most jobs; embroidery has that premium look for the right project.
Merica says DTF for the flashy stuff, embroidery when you want it to feel expensive.
Do I need to provide print-ready files?
For DTF, a PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI or higher works best; vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) also work. For embroidery, you can provide an existing DST/EMB file, or we can prepare your artwork for you for an artwork fee — case by case, usually around $15 to $20.
